Trust In Him

Lord, I trust in you alone
You are my rock, my cornerstone
My seed of faith in you I've sown
For I will never be alone

The storms may come and rage and blow
Against me now, but this I know
These trials in life will help me grow
And build my trust in you

You have never let me down
You've held my hand on rocky ground
And in the darkest times, I know
That you have carried me

My faith's been stretched to breaking point
Like many others too
But it's here in utter helplessness
That we rely on you

Through all the trials in life we face
We learn to trust you more
For you've allowed what we've been through
As others have before
